MiraWELD is an adhesively bonded pre-applied waterproofing solution with welded seams that is typically used for high-risk projects like hospitals, museums, and computer centers. It is best used for below-grade applications on foundation walls and under slab where the groundwater is a concern and removing and replacing sensitive interior finishes and equipment would be costly if water intrusion were to occur.

Easy to install using weldable prefabricated detailing accessories
Adhesively seals to the structure, resisting water intrusion and lateral water migration
Superior puncture resistance compared to self-adhered pre-applied membranes by others
Chemically resistant to common groundwater and soil contaminants, and resistant to radon and methane
Unaffected by inclement weather and wet-dry cycling. Does not require confinement/constant pressure to perform
